    Support Staff
The impact of different cultures on the entire school environment will pose a challenge for every one.  Providing orientation and factual cultural information to everyone in the school will help alleviate some of the problems associated with new cultures introduced.  All employees, including support staff, that have possible contact with ESL students will receive new culture sensitivity and diversity in-servicing.

    Content Area Staff
All teachers and teacher aides will be in-serviced at the start of each school year on classroom procedures and adaptations that can be used for English Language Learners.  A list of English Language Learners will be distributed with background information such as; English ability level, native language use, and other pertinent information to aid the classroom teacher.
