An English as a Second Language (ESL) curriculum K-12 across four proficiency levels (and No Formal Schooling/Limited formal schooling) has been developed. This curriculum is standards-based following the alignment of the PA Standards and TESOL Standards. The curriculum was implemented at the start of the 2002-03 school year. Development of specific planned instruction will follow.
