    Educational Background:  I have a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction: Reading with an Emphasis in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  
     
    Expectations:  I have high expectations for all my students.  I want their first year to be a positive learning experience that will set a precedent for their entire school career.
     
    Getting To Know Me:  I am currently in my 13th year teaching kindergarten here at Blacklick Valley. Previously I taught preschool and owned my own daycare. I enjoy camping with my family, reading and attending sporting events.
